commitment to their continued business. Contracts provide our customers with the peace
of mind that accompanies regularly scheduled service visits. By committing to three (3)
on-site maintenance calls per year, Laser Printer Technologies will help to
ensure your printer works uninterrupted while preventing costly repairs.*
Cash Customers
Customers who prefer to operate on a cash or "pay as you go" basis, are also treated to
a high level of service. Although their needs may be different, we maintain a high
level of commitment towards their satisfaction. However, service rates are somewhat
different.

We have the knowledge and expertise to effectively plan, set-up, maintain and care for
your network systems. We provide the following:

- Upgrade
- Tape Backup
- Wiring and Installation
- Technical Support
We are also able to supply customers with all network hardware and accessories to meet

Consumables
LPT stocks a wide range of new and remanufactured Toner Cartridges and
Printer Ribbons for all printers. We strive to deliver the day the order is
placed or by 10:00 AM the next business day.
Value Added Service
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our Toner Cartridges. However, should you
experience a defective cartridge and your printer gets dirty from the toner dust; we
will clean you printer and replace the defective cartridge free of charge.
Warranty
All work done by our company is warranted for 90 days. Toner cartridges will be
replaced if found to be defective.

Toner Cartridge Pick-up
Laser Printer Technologies offers the service of picking up your empty toner
cartridges at no charge. Simply fill out our Order Form and we will send someone to pick up your cartridges within 24 hours.
*Additional charges may apply for the replacement or repair of major parts.
